Purchase Policies

Each piece is handmade with love, which means each piece is uniquely its own. Subtle and not so subtle variations are intended and embraced, and each piece is photographed as accurately as possible. Please expect slight variation in color between images on site, and placement in your home.

SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped once a week via USPS, and tracking info will be provided. Shipping and insurance is included in your shipping cost.  Any overages in shipping will be refunded!

For local pick up please use local pick up option at checkout. Local pick up days are Sundays from 10-2 in either Pasadena or Cypress Park. Email after checkout to coordinate.  

Studio J. DuBois / Jessie DuBois is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. In any of these occurrences, refunds will not be provided, and it is suggested you contact the carrier. Please ensure a secure and correct shipping location is provided at checkout to avoid any shipping mishaps. 

International shipping is not currently available.

CARE

While your piece is stoneware, it is still ceramic, and it must be treated lovingly. Most pieces feature dry surfaces which means they may be prone to staining if filled with certain liquids. Please only wash if recommended. 

All packaged items are recyclable, please either reuse or recycle packaging. 

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and taking care to ensure item does not get damaged in the process. All pieces are carefully measured and weighed in advance, so refunds based on size or weight will be declined. 

If your piece is damaged in the mail please let us know within 7 days of receiving, and I will help you to receive a replacement, refund, or credit to my shop. In the event of a damaged item, please take a photo of the product as well as the box it arrived in so we can begin a claim with the courier.
